1. Scope of Application

These Terms govern the use of the FinGrowSprint.com website as well as all services provided by FinGrowSprint (Business ID: CHE-759.104.382), including financial growth courses and advisory.

2. Agreement Formation

An agreement is valid once the client confirms an offer from FinGrowSprint in writing or books a service online.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All fees are listed in CHF plus VAT. Invoices must be paid within 10 days. Late payments incur reminder fees and 5% annual interest.

4. Services & Liability

Our consulting is provided to the best of our knowledge. We accept no liability for economic outcomes. Suggestions are non-binding recommendations.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the tailored nature of our services, refunds are not possible after contract confirmation.

• Cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled session are free.
• For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance: 50% processing fee applies.
• Completed services are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 10 business days.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
